Dont auto saves files when opened from other app

When I try opening files from other apps, like email or file transfer, and select open in other app, then choose OfficeSuite, it open the file properly but doesnt save it at inbox folder. Thats a problem because when I close the document it just disappear from this app. It should make a copy of all opened files and save them at inbox folder.
